UWA Theatre presents "The Fourth Wall"--UWA Theatre recently staged its fall production, A.R. Gurney's dramatic comedy "The Fourth Wall." UWA scholar awarded SACS grant--Denys Lupshenyauk, an Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellow studying at The University of West Alabama, has received one of only nine grants given to graduate students in postsecondary education in the Southern region to attend the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges annual meeting. UWA introduces latest Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition--The University of West Alabama introduces the fifth installment of the UWA Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition, with four new sculptures already in place on the Livingston campus and two more to be added in the spring. Read more
 
  

Tigers conclude winning season--The University of West Alabama finished 6-5 with a 45-3 loss to in-state and conference rival North Alabama Saturday at Tiger Stadium. Read more

 

Men's basketball hosts first home game--The University of West Alabama men’s basketball team opens the 2006-07 season, as the Tigers host Southern of New Orleans, Nov. 15 for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off. Read more

Women's basketball wraps up three games in six days--Despite playing without Ashton Washington, who missed the final exhibition game because of a death in the family, UWA wrapped up three games in six days with a 71-46 loss to Jacksonville State at Pete Mathews Coliseum. Read more

UWA signs partnership with Adidas--University of West Alabama Director of Athletics E. J. Brophy has announced an exclusive apparel partnership with Adidas, effective June 1, 2007. Read more
